BrotherHood well-being

What encompasses Well-Being?

Alpha Kappa Psi recognizes that we are only as strong as the parts that form the whole. That personal growth is the catalyst of professional growth. This is the purpose of the Brotherhood Well-Being Database; to facilitate and sponsor growth through the aid of resources.

But first, let's define well-being.

Well-being is a multi-dimensional concept encompassing all factors contributing to an individual's overall health.

Aspects include but are not limited to:
  • Emotional
  • Physical
  • Mental
  • Social
  • Occupational
  • Spiritual
  • Intellectual
  • Environmental
  • and Financial well-being

This database focuses on the first four, as we believe that these are the most pressing for young professionals and want to be able comprehensively address each.

Below Essential Resources are tabs that will take you to pages each dedicated to each of the four aspects of well-being.
